A good design clearly shows users what it does so they can understand how to use it. This is what “form follows function” means to my designs.
It’s about learning human behaviours and how we experience things. That’s why my focus is on understanding how human-to-human and human-to-device interactions work.
The more we understand these exchanges, the less guesswork there is. It’s progression through interaction. Ultimately, leading to great designs.
