Sky Blazers Running

The logo is a cutout of Tromsø’s Hamperokken ridge on a heptagon (7 sides) shape. It pays homage to the group birthplace at Tromsø Sky Race.

Quote from the “[Brutally Honest] Brand Rulebook” intro:

This is the Sky Blazers brand rulebook, it’s short enough for anybody to read. It’s as straight to the point as it can be, to the extent one may feel offended by its brevity. To quote “Ekin” (Nike from the Bizarro world); “Just don’t!”

Nothing is personal, just follow the goddamn rules and everybody will be happy. If you don’t like it, go for a run.

For the website we used an ready-made solution with Wix. It provided the best cost benefit, low maintenance and highly customisable.
Blaze Cup was a virtual competition created during the Covid-19 pandemic that allowed the group to stay connected even though restrictions were in place.

Sky Blazers Running

Sky Blazers is an international sky, trail and ultrarunning team with pro and amateur runners. It started back in 2015 when three friends: Felipe, Hans Kristian and Johannes decided to participate in the Tromsø Sky Race that same year.

As the group grew further from the three originals, it was clear that it would need a professional look. The branding was created in house, with the participation of the founders and others in the group.

Merch & Collabs

To support the team in competitions and with extra income, a collection of apparels was produced. It helped broadening the team spirits and allowed other like-minded people to enjoy a piece of the Sky Blazers lifestyle.

In addition to making its own gear, the Sky Blazers worked with renowned outdoor brands such as Arc’teryx and Asics in different arenas. Promoting outdoor activities and helping partner brands expand their audience.
