A real estate platform that provides a vast amount of property data to investors, realtors, and also to ordinary people. The platform was launched in less than 6 months with over a million transactions in their database. Atropical worked in tandem to design a service that challenge a [monopoly] competitor and more importantly gave their customers an affordable and valuable alternative.

Holistic Aproach

Designed to be user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and find the necessary information within data-dense views. It provides detailed property valuations, market trends, and other relevant data that help users make informed decisions about buying or selling properties.

We closely collaborated with Solgt.no’s commercial and development teams to understand their vision and translate it into a functional and efficient platform.

Time was of the essence; the platform needed to be operational as quickly as possible to test in real-world conditions. We opted to use Google’s Material Design framework, saving Solgt.no valuable time and money in both development and design. Knowing whether to design from scratch or utilise existing tools was key for the success of this partnership.

Results First

We launched Solgt.no beta in 5 months and had paid customers within 2 months after. It’s been well-received by investors, realtors, and ordinary people alike, proving valuable for understanding property valuations.
