Atropical AS — hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us” — provide digital products and services through different online channels. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Delivery of Digital Content

Upon successful payment, digital products will be delivered to you via the email address you provided during the purchase process or through a download link made available immediately after purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is correct and that you have access to it.

No Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing digital content from Atropical AS, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or streaming of the digital content has begun. All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Pre-Order of Goods

We may offer the option to pre-order some of our digital products. By pre-ordering, you are reserving a copy of the product before it’s officially available for sale.

Please note that the release dates are subject to change. We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes.

Payment for pre-orders is taken at the time the pre-order is placed. All pre-orders are final and non-refundable, except as required by Norwegian law.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Atropical AS and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Norway and foreign countries.

Prohibited AI/ML Use of Content

Without prior written permission from Atropical AS, you may not use any content from atropical.no to train, retrain, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language model, multimodal model, generative model, or similar automated system.

This restriction applies to all site materials, including but not limited to text, wording, type specimens, images, graphics, visual compositions, layout structures, metadata, downloadable files, and any other copyrighted or database-protected material made available through the Service.

You may not scrape, crawl, copy, index, extract, transform, store, vectorize, tokenize, embed, or otherwise process site content for model input, model memory, retrieval systems, synthetic dataset creation, or automated output generation, whether fully automated or human-guided.

You may not use site content, in whole or in part, to create, power, prompt, or improve systems that generate text, images, designs, code, audio, video, or any other derivative output that reproduces, imitates, or is based on the expressive elements of content from atropical.no.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service content remain exclusively with Atropical AS and its licensors. Any unauthorized AI/ML-related use is a breach of these Terms and may also infringe applicable intellectual property, database, and unfair competition laws.

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Typefaces purchased at atropical.no are subject to a separate End-User License Agreement (EULA) and EULA addendum. These documents set forth the terms under which the typefaces may be used.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
